Membership Agreement

As part of membership to Birthday Party Pro (BPP) all members must agree to all of the following terms and conditions:

Any magic shows the member books as a direct result of BPP membership must be performed by the member. Sub-contracting the work on a commission basis or otherwise is prohibited.

Members give BPP permission to use member's web site content for the sole purpose of promoting member's birthday party services. Only photos and testimonials will be used and no other web site content use by BPP is permissible unless with the expressed consent of member.

Members may not copy BPP-generated content to any other web sites.

It is the right of both BPP and the member to follow up with any customer or lead generated by BPP at any time by any means provided the reason for contact is relevant. The member is strictly prohibited from contacting any lead generated by BPP for any reason other than birthday party or magic related purposes. Failure to comply with this can result in termination of the member’s subscription and membership with BPP.

Goody bags, magic kits, and other related BPP products may not be duplicated or reproduced. BPP holds copyrights to said products and any unauthorized duplication will result in immediate termination of this agreement and possible legal action. Platinum members WILL receive authorization to duplicate goody bags, magic kits, and other related BPP products.
